Returns & Refund Policy
Should you wish to return an item for exchange, please notify us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org, and return the item/s within fourteen (14) days from original dispatch together with the original sales receipt and copy of the purchase order. Goods must be returned in the original packaging to Retail Point No 1 Railway Street Mayfair West 2092.
Please ensure that the goods returned are received hassle-free. Acceptance of returned goods is subject to the goods being inspected at our warehouse and being judged, in our sole discretion, as in original and undamaged condition.
It is suggested that you use a traceable delivery method for all returns and either insure your delivery for safe return to Retail Point or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to undertake the advised recommendations you are responsible for loss or damage to the product during shipping.
Exchanges and refunds will only be processed once the items have been received and inspected. You will be contacted by a team member to receive your credit card details if necessary in order to process the refund. Free shipping on replacement items applies for local exchange. Exchanges and refunds may then take up to 5 working days after receiving the items. An email confirmation will be sent to you once the exchange or refund has been processed.
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment, excluding delivery (when applicable). Once the refund has been processed, a copy of the receipt will be sent to you by email
